How it works
Remind
You get ready-to-send copy for the reminder, the late cancel, and the no-show notice. You send it. We do not text your clients.
Confirm
You mark the no-show. The notice shows the fee you already set. Nothing charges until you confirm that fee.
Recover
If they say they never agreed, export the pack: the policy they accepted, when they accepted it, the reminder, and the charge. Payment lands in your Stripe. We never hold the money.

Do you text my clients?
No. We write the messages, and you send them.
Whose Stripe account holds the card?
Yours. Clients save a card on your Stripe account, and nothing charges until you confirm a fee you already set.
Do I have to stop using my booking app?
No. Keep Booksy, Square, Vagaro or your paper book. No-Show Shield sits next to it for clients who book by text, DM or phone.
What if a client disputes a fee?
Export the evidence pack, which shows the policy they accepted, the timestamp, the reminder and the charge. Then reply to the dispute with that record.
Does this stop no-shows?
We do not promise that. It gives you a clear policy, a card on file and a record you can use when a client misses.
