This page covers the Gman Creations website, its inquiry form, the SignalGrade website check and SignalGrade payments.
The inquiry form
When you press Send the brief, your answers are sent to a Gman Creations endpoint on this site, which emails them to us through Resend, our email provider. We keep what you wrote: the offer you picked, your business name, website, email, phone if you gave one, and your description of the problem. It arrives as an email in our inbox, and we use your email and phone only to answer the brief. With that email we also keep how you found the site: the page you landed on, the address of the site that referred you, and any campaign tags on the link you followed, including when the note is a founding-client claim. There is no lead database and the brief is not stored on this site. To stop repeated sends, the endpoint counts requests by IP address in server memory for up to ten minutes.
If sending fails, nothing has been sent. The page says so, shows you the same brief, and offers a copy button and a draft in your email app, so you stay in control of whether it ever reaches us. With JavaScript off, the form only ever prepares an email draft on your device.
Your answers are not saved in this browser. If you use the copy button, the brief is copied to your device’s clipboard.
The SignalGrade check
SignalGrade sends the website address you enter to our review service, which fetches three public addresses on that site: the homepage, robots.txt and llms.txt. Review results may be held in server memory for up to ten minutes to avoid repeated requests; there is no report account or permanent report store. The reader does not call an AI model or a third-party page-reading proxy.
Your draft (the report, business context, reviewer notes and agency settings) is saved in this browser’s local storage for up to 30 days, so a refresh doesn’t erase your work. It is not sent to us unless you press Send the report. That sends your name, email, the website and the report through the same inquiry endpoint, and we reply from shoh@gmancreations.com. Use “Start over” in the workspace to delete it. A referral code from a link you followed is kept in this browser tab’s session storage and is added to checkout if you buy.
Payments
The SignalGrade Audit and Implementation Sprint are paid through Stripe Checkout from the SignalGrade page. The page sends the offer name to our server, which opens Checkout for the live price. Stripe handles your card details; we do not see or store them. We receive your name, email, the amount, the product and the page you came from. After payment, the brief you submit is emailed to us, and its business name, website and market are stored with the payment record in Stripe.
No-Show Shield purchases open a Stripe Payment Link from the No-Show Shield page. Stripe handles the card. We do not see or store the card number.
When you email us
We receive the information you include in your message, including your email address. We use it to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work you requested. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or confidential client records in an initial inquiry.
Hosting and external services
The site is hosted by Vercel. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and server logs, to deliver and protect the site. The site loads the Google tag for Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-HW3Z3MJGEL) to record which pages are visited. On SignalGrade pages the same tag also records a free check, whether the read was complete, partial or blocked, and a report download. On every page it records a sent brief or claim, a click on a booking or email link, and a completed discovery booking. Those events do not include the website you check, a business name, your email, your name, or anything you type. Google receives the page address and basic technical details of the visit. The tag is not linked to Google Ads, and the site does not load other advertising scripts. Fonts and imagery are served with the site.
The founding-client offer
Once per visit, a panel offers half off a first project to the first three clients. If you claim a spot, your name, phone, email and the service you picked go through the same endpoint as the brief and arrive as an email to us. We use them to confirm your spot and to call, text or email you about it, nothing else. There is no lead database. A single flag remembering that you have seen the panel is kept in this browser tab’s session storage and is gone when you close the tab. It is not sent to us.
Your choices
You can browse without completing the form or running a check. You can email or book a discovery call instead of using the form. To ask about information you have sent us, or request its deletion, email shoh@gmancreations.com.
